Exciting news —the first "Walk ’n’ Talks" of the year is here!
These casual meetups are all about game devs walking and talking about making games.
This time we will start at Clapham junction station, then walk along the Thames path eastwards through Battersea park, and keep going until London bridge. So around 7.5 miles.
We will gather at 11:00 AM outside Clapham junction station on the "Grant Road" side (around fame.closes.issues on what3words.)
There’s a good chance we’ll bump into a pub/cafe or two for a well-earned refreshment along the way!
Rough agenda (I might adjust it):
- Start shortly after 11.
- After 1-1.5 hrs, arrive at Battersea power station for a short & light snack/lunch break (~45 mins).
- Continue on along the Thames path, stopping for breaks as needed.
- Arrive in London bridge maybe around 3-4 pm, where the walk will end, then find a pub somewhere near London bridge station to hang out and leave whenever you're ready.
