Hiroshige at The British Museum: Discussion

Details
Join us for a thoughtful and inspiring discussion of “Hiroshige: A Journey Through Edo Japan”, the British Museum's first exhibition dedicated to the iconic Japanese artist in over 25 years.
We can explore his emotional connection to Edo-period Japan during a time of transformation, how his work bridged class boundaries, bringing art to all levels of society and more!
Please note we will not organise a group visit. Please book your tickets (£18 for non-members) here:
https://ticketing.britishmuseum.org/events/hiroshige-artist-of-the-open-road/?view=[calendar].
Whether you’ve already seen the exhibition or plan to view it just before the meetup, join us to share impressions, insights, and perspectives.
We will meet by Caffe Tropea in Russell Square, instead of at the British Museum, which can be extremely busy.
Looking forward to meeting you/seeing you there!
