Join us for a special edition of Jazz on the Plaza as we welcome acclaimed guitarist Jay Azzolina as this month’s featured guest. A world-class player with deep roots in the New York jazz scene, Jay has performed and recorded with legendary artists such as Michael Brecker, Dave Samuels, Spyro Gyra and Chuck Loeb. Now based in Fishguard, Wales, Jay brings his soulful, inventive style to this intimate duo concert with pianist Terence Collie. Expect a night of expressive interplay, rich harmonies and inspired improvisation in the intimate and cosy Cafe Yukari. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to hear one of jazz’s finest guitar voices up close.

The venue is a friendly and intimate family-run café in leafy Kew, a stone's throw from Kew Gardens Tube Station on the District Line and Overground. The café houses a beautiful Fazioli grand piano.
Optional Japanese meals are available and the audience are invited to bring their own wine/beer.
