Ben Rometsch - Flagsmith CoFounder + OpenFeature Governance Board - Building a Project to 2 Billion Feature Flags Served

This talk will cover building an open-source project with a tiny team and getting it to the point of serving 2 billion feature flags. We'll talk about what feature flags are, core architecture, the 0-1 stage, and evolving to the point of serious infrastructure and setup (including eliminating redundancies, backups, alerting etc.). We'll share what we learned in building an open-source project, mistakes we made, and tears we shed.
