A 3 part Sunday reset series designed to help you slow down, clear your mind and start your week feeling grounded.

Walk, stretch and connect is for people who want gentle fitness, want to look after their wellbeing and connect to like-minded people. A calm welcoming space for all genders to reset your mind and reconnect with yourself and others.

We’ll start with a gentle mindful walk to slow down, move into an accessible yoga flow to release tension and close with time to connect over conversation and snacks.

No experience needed. Come alone or with a friend. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket with you.
