Ohioan Conya Doss’ voice reflects the sounds of the past, present, as well as what is yet to come. Ms. Doss makes it no secret that her musical taste is a mix of genres (classical, soul, blues etc…), in which she describes good music as being “Like Gumbo, it taste better with time, the next day and the next….”
The Queen of Indie Soul makes a welcome return to mark the release her acclaimed 14th studio album - Through rose coloured glasses.
Frank McComb
Soul singer with musical roots somewhere between Stevie Wonder and Herbie Hancock and with a voice often compared to Stevie and Donny Hathaway, Frank is an artist of substance. The world got an early taste of his genius both on wax and on the road when young lion, Branford Marsalis, laid down his seminal Hip Hop Jazz recording with his group Buckshot LeFonque. On their second recording, Music Evolution, Frank was the featured vocalist on their hit song 'Another Day'.
