Join Tim for a stroll down the river as the sun begins to set. Enjoy wonderful views, learn the history of the docks and end up in a riverside pub on a balcony overlooking the Thames - the perfect end to a summer’s day
We meet at the Alchemist bar, Canary Wharf, E14 5AJ at 6.15, ready to start our walk at 6.30.
We'll walk through the docks and along the river through the riverside villages of Limehouse, Shadwell and Wapping in the footsteps of Dickens, Pepys and Gandalf before ending at around 8.15 in a lovely pub close to Wapping Station (which easily links to the Jubilee, District or Elizabeth lines).
