Dr Johnson's London: A walk through the Georgian City

Details
'Bored of London? Bored of Life' as Dr Johnson almost said.
We're never bored of London so join Tim as we walk through the heart of London.
Dr Johnson wrote that to understand London:
‘You must not be satisfied with seeing its great streets and squares but must survey the innumerable lanes and courts’. We will explore the medieval streets, tiny alleyways and hidden courts all in the footsteps of the great Doctor Johnson.
We'll walk down a Roman road, through an old monastery and a Shakespearean playhouse, visit the beautiful grounds of the Inner and Middle Temple, see one of the oldest shops in London (dedicated to tea) and three great churches.
Best of all this walk is almost traffic free as we walk through the centre of
the city and discover the world of Georgian London.
We start in a wonderful Wren church and end in Fleet Street amongst all the pubs the good doctor used to frequent.
Fee is £12 payable by cash or card on the day, by paypal to timpotter53@gmail.com
