Well it's Hampstead’s less famous neighbour, but there's still plenty to see with the old town hall, the story of London’s oldest hospital the Royal Free, how does it get its name? There's the wonderful Isoken building and the home of Lee Miller and Roland Penrose where Britain's greatest artists flocked.
There’s 2 Willow Road, home of Ernesto Goldfinger, the inspiration for the Bond villain, how did he upset Ian Fleming and what's the connection with tinned soup?
The pub where Ruth Ellis shot her lover, you can still see the bullet holes or so they say. All this and Keats’ House where he exclaimed when he saw blood on his pillow, "I am done for".
Join me for this walk down the hill for just over 2 hours of surprisingly good history.
Please pay £12 either cash on the day
or to my account:

Thanks! See you there!
If you see the word 'Unpaid' by your name only you can see it. It means you have not paid through Meet up. No one else can see this; you have not been shamed as a debtor. Sadly no one seems to know how to stop this silliness.
