Agile Portfolio Management with Team Foundation Server

Details
A persistent problem in scaling agile software projects is maintaining continuity between the product backlogs and the larger programs and portfolio.
This makes it difficult to forecast and to get a clear picture of what is going on at the program or portfolio level.
With Visual Studio 2013 ALM features and Team Foundation Service, we have a new way to manage big backlogs: the Agile Portfolio Management feature, which addresses the aforementioned issues and makes life easier. This is a joint meeting with the London Scrum User Group
Speaker:
Matteo Emili is a Microsoft MVP for Visual Studio ALM since 2010 and a Professional Scrum Master.Former Microsoft Student Partner (youngest ever in Italy and the first ever in being both MSP and MVP, in 2010 at the age of 19), he has a passion for Agile methodologies, processes and all the techie stuff around the code, which leads him to always searching for something new to share with the worldwide community around Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). He currently works for Dell Software UK as an ALM advisor.
