Swedish Massage for beginners

Learn the basics of Swedish Massage in this 3-hour massage workshop. Early Bird price is £50 until ###, £75 thereafter, so book early to save money.

A good, sound and basic Swedish massage grounding is the baseline or starting point for many other massage modalities, so learning this one will make more advanced classes and workshops much easier to understand and use.

Buddha on a Bicycle is a trendy gift shop in Soho, with a lovely calm basement studio beneath. It has a warm and spiritual energy, which will be great for learning and practicing your massage.

Massage tables, couch-roll tissue, Biotone Advanced Therapy Gel, alcohol hand cleanser and refreshments provided. There's an ensuite kitchenette and a small bathroom.

The workshop begins at 12:30 pm and finishes at 3:30 pm. Three hours should be enough to get you started, giving you enough skills, confidence, and enthusiasm to practice as much as possible.
