As you arrive, grab your coffee, settle in, and join the icebreaker circle!
We’ll start with quick intros — your name, where you’re from, what you do, and what brings you to the meetup.

12:00 PM – 12:45 PM | Group Conversations – Round 1
We’ll split into small groups (around 4–5 people) so everyone gets a chance to share.
You can use conversation prompts or just let the chat flow naturally — the idea is to have meaningful, fun discussions and connect!

12:45 PM – 1:30 PM | Group Conversations – Round 2 (Reshuffle)
We’ll mix things up so you can meet and talk with new people. Continue with prompts or follow any topic that feels right.

1:30 PM – 2:15 PM | Open Chat & Free Flow
We’ll come back together as one big group to chat, mingle, and enjoy some relaxed conversation time.

2:15 PM – 2:30 PM | Wrap-Up & Connections
We’ll finish with a short reflection and, if you’d like to stay connected, you can share your number to be added to our Girls WhatsApp group for future meetups. 🌷
