How does the way you communicate shape your career? Join us for an evening of short talks, live Q&A, an open mic and real networking, hosted by the London Networking Community.
Meet the speakers
Moe Musa, TEDx speaker and UK national public speaking winner, is the co-founder of Pathwei, a startup helping graduates land their first job in a competitive market. From managing £700K of procurement at Jaguar Land Rover to leading go-to-market strategy at startups, he'll speak on how the ability to sell an idea in the room, not just on the slide, has shaped his career and his company.
Iain Messore, TEDx speaker and public speaking coach, is a former president of the Public Speaking Society at the University of Nottingham and now a Civil Service Fast Streamer working as an Operations Manager at HMRC. Having coached people across the UK, he'll speak on how communication underpins leadership and why anyone can build it.
Open mic: story first
After the talks, the floor is yours. Step up to the mic and tell the room a story first: a lesson, a mistake, or a problem you're stuck on. Then, in one sentence, say what you're building and the one thing you need from the room. Two minutes each. Want a slot? Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7469 804955.
