Join us for a gentle and welcoming Yoga for Beginners class designed to help you unwind after the day, stretch your body, and calm your mind. This session is perfect if you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break.
Tonight’s theme is Mindset.
Through simple movement, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, we’ll explore how yoga can help shift perspective, release mental tension, and cultivate clarity and ease.
Our teacher will guide you step by step, offering clear cues and a supportive space so you can move with confidence and comfort.
