• Do you look in the mirror and see many flaws? Do you criticise yourself, your life and your body regularly?

• Do you feel like your life will be perfect once you lose weight, when you have enough money and/or when you are in a relationship?

• Do you seek intimate relationships with the hope that the other person will show you how loveable you are?

• Do you feel guilty over little mistakes and struggle to forgive yourself?

• Do you find yourself comparing other peoples lives and relationships with yours?

• Do you struggle with accepting compliments?

• Do you seek attention, affection, affirmation and validation regularly?

• Do you feel like you need to hide your true self and hide your vulnerability?

• Do you feel like you need to say YES to everything and please everyone?

These are some of the signs of lack of Self Love and Self Worth which many people suffer at some point in their lives.

If you have answered yes to any of these questions, this event is definitely for you.

Unfortunately, many of us will not love ourselves until we lose the weight, or get the job, or get the raise, or the boyfriend/girlfriend or whatever. We often put conditions on our love. But we can change. We can learn to love and accept ourselves.

It’s not selfish to love ourselves. We need to love ourselves before we can love anyone else.

In this talk you will learn:

• How to improve your inner voice.

• How to practice self-love and self-appreciation.

• How to stop comparing yourself to others.

• How to show gratitude for who you are and what you have right now.

By the end of our time together, you can expect to recognise a lack of self-love, how to exercise and practice self-love and improve your self-worth.
