About us
This group is for Pilates instructors (and closely related movement teachers) based in London who want to connect, collaborate, and support each other professionally.
The aim is simple and practical:
Find class cover when needed
Share local opportunities
Collaborate on classes, workshops, or projects
Build a trusted local network of instructors
This is not a client-facing group and not for promotion to the general public. It’s a space for instructors to support one another in a respectful, professional way.
You don’t need to be a full-time instructor — part-time, freelance, studio-based and independent teachers are all welcome.
If you teach Pilates (mat, chair, reformer) or a closely related movement practice (e.g. yoga, mobility, somatics) and value collaboration over competition, you’re in the right place.
