Leading the Charge: Senior Leaders Breaking Data Project Barriers.

Details

"Leading the Charge: Helping Senior Leaders Tackle the Barriers to Success In Data Driven Projects" is an essential event specifically crafted for senior leaders eager to navigate their organisations through the intricacies of data-driven project delivery.

We have the honour of welcoming 2 people who are at the leading edge of data driven project delivery:
Ali Mafi is the founder of Timist, a Next Generation Product Delivery System. The system is an intelligent (self-learning) system and was developed utilising data and learning from over 200 projects of all sizes across all sectors. It ensures that projects are delivered not just on time but 20%-50% ahead of time. The system also provides the biggest cost-saving opportunity as time accounts for 70%-80% of the project cost.

The system is focused on accounting for project time scientifically and calculating time to completion daily in a similar way to a modern sat-nav.

Andy Murray is the Executive Director of the Major Projects Association, prior to which he spent 30 years as a practitioner, consultant and assurer of complex projects and programmes for public, private and third sector organisations both domestically and internationally.

Andy is a respected author, having worked with HM Treasury, Cabinet Office, the Association for Project Management (APM), Axelos and PeopleCert to develop best practice guidance on their behalf. Publications include PRINCE2, P3M3, Routemap and the Governance of Co-Owned Projects. He is the Chair of the APM’s Governance Special Interest Group and is leading on the Project Data Analytics Task Force.

In a world where data reigns supreme, seamlessly integrating data analytics into project management processes stands as a critical differentiator between market leaders and their competitors. This in-person event aims to unpack the distinctive challenges faced by senior leaders, from dismantling data silos and cultivating a culture of data literacy to addressing the complexities of data privacy and embracing advanced technologies. Participants will acquire critical insights into surmounting these barriers, ensuring their teams not only adopt but also thrive in applying data-driven methodologies.

Ali and Andy will share their wisdom, strategies, and firsthand experiences from the forefront of data-driven change. Through real-world case studies, interactive dialogues, and practical strategies, leaders will learn how to unleash the full potential of their data, achieve outstanding project results, and foster a culture of ongoing innovation and improvement. "Leading the Charge" is more than a event; it represents a clarion call for senior leaders prepared to confront the challenges of the digital era and guide their organisations towards unparalleled success.

We invite you to join us in sharing the latest insights into data driven project delivery; this time from the heart of government.
