Please note that I've put up a slightly earlier than usual starting time for this event, so that we can get to The Wheatsheaf in good time for the live music and to allow for the fact that the Newman Arms closes early on a Saturday.
The Duke of York, 47 Rathbone Street, W1T 1NW - https://www.mcmullens.co.uk/local-pub/duke-of-york/ - is just a short walk from Goodge Street underground station (Northern Line). Turn right out of the station and after about 75 yards turn right into Goodge Street. Walk along Goodge Street for 200 yards or so (past The Queen Charlotte) until you come to Charlotte Place, on the left-hand side between the Fabrique bakery and BlackBörk coffee and directly opposite Goodge Place/Oxfam. The pub is at the far end of Charlotte Place. There are several other stations nearby that might be more convenient if you're travelling on a different line.
