London Python Project Nights

Welcome to the London Python Nights meetup! This event will be twofold:

The first part is for individuals with little to no programming experience and who want to learn the basics of the Python language.

During this meetup, you will learn the fundamental concepts of Python, such as variables, data types, control flow statements, loops, functions, and more. You will also get hands-on experience with Python by writing and executing your code.

Our experienced Python instructor will guide you through each step of the learning process, providing helpful tips and answering any questions. You'll also connect with other beginners and share your learning experience.

By the end of this meetup, you will have a solid foundation in Python programming that will allow you to start building your projects and exploring more advanced topics. We can't wait to see you there!

The second part is the "Data Science Career for Python Developers" event! This Python meetup is for Python developers interested in pursuing a career in data science.

During this event, you'll learn the skills and tools to transition from a Python developer to a data scientist. Our experienced speakers will provide insights into the data science field and share their career journeys.

You'll also better understand the key data science concepts and techniques, such as pre-processing, exploratory data analysis, machine learning, and data visualisation. You'll see how Python works and get hands-on experience with popular Python data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
We'll also discuss the job market for data scientists and provide tips on marketing yourself as a Python developer looking to transition. You'll leave this event with a better understanding of what it takes to pursue a career in data science and a roadmap to get there.
