TRE (Trauma : Tension Release Exercises) is a wonderful tool to allow your body to heal via a natural reflex.

Your body keeps the score, and via a series of simple postures your body will naturally and safely release trapped trauma and tension.

You will be guided through these exercises by the wonderful Luke Mullen, who is a very experience and trauma informed TRE Practitioner and Kinesiologist.
