About us
Regulated organizations are under the same pressure: deliver software faster without weakening the controls that keep them safe.
Most are tackling it alone. Each writes its own interpretations of the regulations, builds its own tooling, and defends its own implementations to auditors. The pattern is familiar across the industry — vague control requirements, standards that don’t hold up to scrutiny, and implementations that don’t scale.
We think there’s a better way - let’s at least build a community learn from each other.
This Group is a community for practitioners inside banks and regulated industries working on Controls Engineering, SDLC governance, and Continuous Delivery: engineers, architects, governance leads, risk partners. People trying to make controlssomething more than a paperwork exercise.
We meet to share what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’re each figuring out the hard way. The aim is simple: build shared definitions, common standards, and a collective view of what good looks like in software delivery governance.
Cross-bank. Practitioner-led. Chatham House Rules. No vendors pitching, no marketing.
If you’re shaping how your bank delivers software safely, come along.
