Topic #2: Marketing Automation -- The Ins and Outs of Managing Your Pardot Database.
When setting up your Pardot instance, several considerations impact your Salesforce integration approach: tracking opt-ins, the number of prospect blocks you have license for, and the size of your Salesforce database. David Richardson will walk us through how Info-Tech manages its Salesforce and Pardot databases to ensure Pardot's permission-based marketing policy is respected while staying under their licensed prospect limits. This session will dive deeply into the complexities of Pardot's Salesforce connector, discuss how sharing rules can both help and hinder your integration efforts, and present a couple of patterns that can be used to help manage your prospect database.
