Each season calls us to realign, to move in tune with life rather than against it.
Through music, movement, and connection, this coming 9-week until Christmas, Biodanza journey invites you to explore the four elements; Earth, Fire, Air, and Water — as living forces within you.
Each element holds a unique quality: Earth grounds us, Fire ignites us, Air expands us, and Water softens us.
They are all complementary to each other, forming a dance of balance and harmony.
Sometimes we live too much in one, all Air and no Earth, too much Fire and not enough Water.
This journey helps you bring in what you most need right now; to restore flow, presence, and inner connection.
It will be the interplay between rhythm, melody, bass, and treble — where each element finds its expression.
Through movement, we’ll explore this living cycle: how Earth connects to rhythm and structure, Fire to impulse and vitality, Air to expansion and melody, and Water to flow and sensitivity.
Together, they create the full music of life, the harmony of being.
We’ll meet each week to embody a different element, moving through grounding, passion, expansion, and flow.
