Introduction to Self-Defence

This is a FREE introduction to the physical aspects of self-defence. By the end of the session, you will have learned and tested two skills to enable you to defend yourself. What you will learn is legal, effective and works for everyone.
Its a hands on session, so also doubles as a balanced aerobic workout. You work at whatever pace you are comfortable with.
