Singles Trip to The Wallace Collection in London

• What we'll do
This group is for singles of any age who fancy an outing to a cultural place in or around London. This weekend, come for a self-guided wander around The Wallace Collection in London and meet other folks who are single. No art/culture knowledge required at all as the focus is on conversation and hanging out. The plan is to meet up, wander around then have a cup of tea (etc) afterwards if you like. "The Wallace Collection is a national museum which displays the wonderful works of art collected in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries by the first four Marquesses of Hertford and Sir Richard Wallace, the son of the 4th Marquess. It was bequeathed to the British nation by Sir Richard's widow, Lady Wallace, in 1897. Displayed at Hertford House, one of the family's London properties in the nineteenth century, the Wallace Collection presents its outstanding collections in a sumptuous but approachable manner which is an essential part of its charm." This is an amazing museum with a wonderful collection. Every time I have visited I have had such a lovely time. This is a free event but places must be pre-booked on this Meet-Up site please so I know who to look out for on the day. I will be hosting this event.

This group is for people who like being single and also others who might like to meet someone. If you meet someone you fancy seeing again then exchange numbers, otherwise simply enjoy the museum and the conversations on the day. This is an "organic dating" experience which simply requires the ability to turn up and be able to hold down a conversation (and put your phone down as you walk around.)

This is a good way to meet a group of singles in a time-limited trip out. Different sections of each cultural venues are visited each time, or new exhibitions viewed, so repeat bookings are welcomed.

This is the first outing so please do not worry if you have not attended a Meet Up event before. The idea is to enjoy meeting new people in a relaxed and enjoyable fashion.

If you miss the event start then please find the group in the museum by looking for me (see photo) - I will not be checking my phone as we walk around as I will be chatting with the group. If you totally miss us (the museum is not huge so we should be easy to find) then meet us in the museum cafe at around 3pm. Please change your RSVP if your plans change (this stops us hanging about trying to find you when you are actually still in bed in your PJ's....)
