Singles Trip to Tate Modern - Picasso Exhibition

Details
If you are single and in town why not come and have a wander around the paid/timed EY Exhibition: PICASSO 1932 - LOVE, FAME, TRAGEDY at Tate Modern, Bankside, London, SE1.
This is a new group offering events for single people who want to hang out together or fancy meeting someone new. (No quotas, definitions or anything more complicated than hanging about in museums and galleries.)
For this trip the idea is to meet up outside the front door (see my photo here) and with no knowledge needed then we go for a stroll around the venue, visiting this time the paid Picasso exhibition (more often we visit the free parts of museums but this looks like a great exhibition.) The group then meets up at the end and if anyone fancies going for a cuppa/drink we'll seek out somewhere nearby.
To join us please
- RSVP to this Meet Up link
AND (excuse capitals...)
- Book a timed ticket to the exhibition by clicking here: https://shop.tate.org.uk/ticket/date?cgid=6471.
Tate ticket prices are £22 for an adult ticket/ £20 for a concession ticket. You are seeking to buy a ticket for a 3.30pm entry.
(We meet outside the venue at 3.15pm then walk in. If you miss us, then join us in the exhibition/exhibition queue.)
I will try and check in on ticket sales so that if you are reading this invite then there are still tickets available on Tate's website.
Hot tip: I just joined The Art Fund as they have a 3 month trial for £10. This gives you a reduced ticket to any paid exhibitions from their affiliated partners - including this one. See www.artfund.org/pages/taster-terms. If you have an Art Fund card the cost of a ticket for this exhibition is just £11.
This is a no-stress way to meet other people and all you need is the ability to leave your phone in your pocket or bag and be able to strike up a conversation with someone new. Just RSVP and turn up! (And please change your RSVP if your plans change.)
See you there.
