There are things that may surprise you about sleep - did me. We'll consider what sleep is, and how to do it well. A dreadful insomniac for most of my life, I studied sleep closely. Eventually, I learnt how to sleep quite well, life changed, and I contributed to the invention of a (wonderful) sleep device. I know how life changes with good sleep. I'll be hosting the evening with Justin Johnson, an osteopath, partner at Integrated Body Dynamics with a special interest in dealing with pain through mindfulness who will take us through exercises which can help us to sleep.
