- Free for the first sign-ups secure your spot early!
- After the free allocation you will have to buy your RSVP through the meetup app. Please show your RSVP on the meetup app to the host on arrival.
- If you end up paying a late comer fee you are paying for signing up late and having the privilege of joining and mingling with our group and entry to the afterparty. Hosts will be checking RSVPs on the meetup app.

- 6:45 PM – Meet & Mingle: Gather at the Porter Gallery entrance in the DOME room. Enter via the Cromwell Road entrance, head to the circular reception area (now a lively bar), and look left. From Exhibition Road, ask an attendant for the Porter Gallery. Enjoy drinks, chat, and soak in the atmosphere for 30 minutes. 🍹
- 7:15 PM – Explore or Stay: Choose your adventure! Split into small groups to explore Friday Late events (pop-up performances, installations, or talks) or stay in the DOME room to keep mingling. 🗺️
- 8:15 PM – Reconvene: Regroup at the DOME room meeting point to share your evening’s highlights.
