Join us for the first Sunday Long Run as part of a half marathon training build-up to race day at the end of July!
This week’s suggested distance: 10 miles
Run more or less totally your call.
• All paces welcome no such thing as too fast or too slow
• Run your own distance, at your own pace
• Bring water/fuel if you need it
• We’ll start with a quick hello, then head out
• Optional hangout for coffee or recovery chat after!
