This Aroma Yoga class is a gentle invitation to return to your heart.

To release what’s weighing you down, reconnect to your emotional center, and invite in more compassion, peace, and presence.

We’ll be working with the Heart Chakra—the energy center of love, forgiveness, relationships, and emotional balance.
