Join us for a 2-hour immersive event blending yoga, ceremonial cacao, and a powerful yet playful voice activation session—designed to help you release, realign, and express your inner truth.

We begin with a gentle yoga flow to help you land in your body, connect to your breath, and create space for inner exploration. Suitable for all levels.

🍫 Cacao Ceremony – a sacred heart medicine
Ceremonial cacao (straight from Mexico) is a pure, unprocessed form of chocolate used for centuries by indigenous cultures in ritual and celebration. It’s known to gently open the heart, enhance emotional clarity, and boost creativity.

We’ll drink this rich, nourishing elixir with intention, guiding you into deeper connection with yourself and the group.

🔊 Voice Activation Session – awaken your truth
Through guided breath, movement, and sound practices, you’ll be invited to explore your voice in a safe, supportive space. This is not about singing “well,” but about freeing your expression, clearing energetic blocks (especially in the throat chakra), and feeling more confident, seen, and heard.
