Join us for a Friday social at the National Gallery. With late opening times enjoy amazing exhibits. This is a social event so plenty of chances to meet new people.

Format of the event: You will have the opportunity to socialise and connect with people at the meeting point and then go off into the museum together to explore. We will then meet at the O'Neill's BAR (just around the corner) for dance and music social! This venue will be open till 3am, please remember to bring your ID! We do not have a booking so DON'T mention Zen. Just enter and find us upstairs near the Windows.

Schedule Summary:
6:45pm: The meeting point is OUTSIDE the National Gallery exit (Portico Exit). By outside I mean when you look up you will see the sky (or clouds). This is because it's easier to talk in a group outside the museum. We will be here for 30mins

7:15pm: we will go inside the museum. We will explore rooms 32 Carraci, Caravaggio, Guercino), 34 (Reynolds Gainsborough, Turner, Constable) and 45 (Van Gough). So if you are lost, find members in these rooms.

8:30pm: Make your own way to O'Neill's Wardour Street, 33 Wardour Street, Soho, London, GB W1D 6PU. We aim to arrive at 8:30pm. After 9pm the door may charge. We do NOT have a booking so turn up individually and come upstairs. You can come earlier than 8:30pm if you are eager!

How will this event work?
We will meet at the meeting point at 6:45pm and wait for 30mins for people to turn up. The meeting point is OUTSIDE the National Gallery exit. This is because we want to make the most of the sun. During this time attendees must go around and introduce themselves to everyone in the group. There will be no stickers or identifiers handed out so you will need to remember who's who so you can find each other easily inside the museum. The icebreaker question of today is "WHAT KIND OF ARTWORK ARE YOU DRAWN TO?"

At 7:15pm we will go inside the museum. Make sure you have gained a free ticket from the official website https://www.nationalgallery.org.uk/
Specifically, We will explore rooms 32 Carraci, Caravaggio, Guercino), 34 (Reynolds Gainsborough, Turner, Constable) and 45 (Van Gough). So if you are lost, find members in these rooms. We will NOT walk around as a big group as the museum doesn't like that so it's important to meet people at the meeting point.

Around 8:30pm start making your own way to O'Neill's in Wardour Street. We will be upstairs on level 1 in the table area next to the windows (the windows overlooking the street). I do NOT have a reserved area so don't mention my name, just walk in individually in your own time.

There will be live music later and a great atmosphere and vibe till late.
Late comers, best time to join is at 7:10pm (at exit) or 8:30 at O'Neill's.
