Social Football Followed by Kick Net ( foot Tennis)

12.pm Meet with the regular Cosmos Guys for a game of Social Football.

Bring 2 tops - 1 x Black ( or very dark top Plus 1 x Red ( or similar)

At 2.30 pm we will play Cosmos Kick Net ( Foot Tennis)
This game is for advanced Football players with Good ball control
It is similar to volleyball, but no hands allowed for guys.
Gals will be allowed to use hands.
Use Foot, Head, Knee, Chest etc...
One bounce allowed....... If one bounce Kills the game, then we allow 2 bounces.
There will also be a game of regular volleyball in the same grass area.
