Welcome to the Somatic Healing Circle — a gentle space for reconnecting with your body, releasing stored stress, and finding safety within.

This group is for anyone curious about somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed healing. Whether you're new to embodiment practices or have been on a healing journey for years, you're welcome here.

There will be a variety of classes, sessions and events:

  • Grounding + nervous system education
  • Breathwork, movement, or somatic practices
  • Gentle discussion and connection
  • Group healing circles

Space to feel, rest, and integrate

You don’t need to be “good” at anything or have prior experience. Just bring yourself — as you are.

  • People recovering from trauma, stress, or burnout
  • Those feeling disconnected from their bodies
  • Anyone curious about body-based therapy and emotional regulation
  • Anyone ready to slow down and soften

You are not broken. Your body is wise. Healing happens when we feel safe enough to feel.
