About the event ~

As the season of Spring ushers in new beginnings, growth, and vibrant energy, this is the perfect time to invite healing and joy into your life. Led with compassion, join a transformative session designed to support your personal rebirth and restoration. Our breathwork & sound bath practice is a sacred opportunity to reconnect with your inner self, release stagnant energy, and embrace the renewal of body, mind, and spirit in the peaceful and nurturing space in Norman Park Community Sports Centre (Bromley).

The session will begin with intentional breathwork (1 hour), allowing you to release tension, quiet your mind, and invite fresh, revitalising energy into your being. Afterward, you’ll be bathed in the healing sounds of shamanic instruments and crystal bowls (30 minutes), guiding you into a deep state of relaxation and inner harmony.

This sacred circle, infused with the energy of Spring, will provide you with the space to reset, restore, and rebirth into a renewed sense of self.

Though the breathwork & sound bath itself will be 1.5 hours, please allow 2 hours for the full experience, including an opening circle, guidance, and optional reflective time at the end.

What to bring:
A yoga mat and blanket for comfort (the venue provides mats and blocks, but feel free to bring your own)
A notebook for journaling, if you’d like to reflect after the session
Water for hydration
What to wear:
Comfy, relaxed clothing to embrace the flow of energy.
