Release and Recharge

Details
When a problem arises, we often experience a sense of challenge. Our instinct is to react, resolve the issue, escape the discomfort, assess the immediate challenge, exert effort, and find a solution. We do this reactively, almost instinctively—unless we encounter a challenge beyond our usual capacity, such as a technical issue or a complex problem that requires deep thinking and analysis. Otherwise, we simply resolve problems as they come, almost automatically.
We’ve been doing this since childhood. We remind ourselves to “think twice,” believing it to be a sign of experience. But in reality, the most challenging aspect is not accurately identifying the root of the problem—it is allowing ourselves to take a break, to step away completely. How often have we told ourselves to disconnect, to let go, to release, to walk away? Yet we remain entangled in our problems and the issues that surround our lives.
We are familiar with countless theories and teachings—some like slogans, others like deep wisdom. We intellectually understand the importance of letting go and even the methods to do so. Yet, time and again, our instinctive reactions overpower our conscious efforts. We just can't get off of that.
So, are we fighting against ourselves, against our own nature? Or is there an untrained part of us that we have neglected? Could it be that we have lost an inherent capability? Maybe, we have never been properly trained—or trained at all—to distance ourselves from our concerns and rediscover peace and energy.
I’m Xin Wu, a personal development trainer and the author behind [www.lifely.ch]. I invite you to join our online workshop and discover the technics of letting go.
The workshop will take place on Google Meet. To participate, all you need is a free Google account. Be sure to register for the event to receive the meeting link.
Sending good vibes,
Xin
