The River Thames History Tour Part 2!
Come join us on our second River Thames History Walk where we find out where Del Boy looked for Uncle Albert, where Frank Sinatra, the Queen's sister Princess Margret, Richard Burton, Elizabeth Taylor, Kirk Douglas, Charles Dickens, Samuel Pepys, Prince Rainer III of Monaco used to drink.
We will walk past the Old Warehouses of The London Dockalnds, Wapping where the newspapers used to be printed, Where Captain Kidd was hang on a rope out on the River, where Judge Jefferies was hunted down, if in dock the funeral Barge that carried Churchill's coffin where all the cranes lowered as the barge made its way along the River Thames. We will visit 4 historical pubs along the river as we hear stories of all the history along the Thames and actally end up in a traditional warehouse converted into a giant pub to end the day with a meal and drinks.
The day will end about 4pm.
