What we’re about
Welcome to a sweet little corner of London for anyone who loves baking, decorating, and discovering european pastries!
This group is for pastry enthusiasts, cookie lovers, and curious beginners who want to explore the art of baking in a relaxed, hands-on setting. Whether you're into piping perfect chocolate swirls or shaping buttery crescents, you'll find inspiration, community, and plenty of flour-dusted fun here.
👩🍳 I’m Christine (Cakes & Sweets London), a pastry workshop host with formal training from Austria and France, and past experience running a celebration cake business.
Through this group, I’ll be sharing upcoming small-group baking workshops—starting with my Austrian Christmas Cookie class on November 22 at Tooting Works.
Events are ticketed and professionally hosted, with a focus on technique, tradition, and creating something delicious together.
BUT: joining this group doesn’t mean you’re signing up for a workshop—it’s also a space to connect with fellow baking lovers, share ideas, and stay in the loop about future events.
If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming space to grow your baking confidence and meet fellow sweet-toothed Londoners, you’re in the right place.
