Over five relaxed hours, you’ll be guided through the techniques behind:

  • Linzer Augen – buttery shortbread cookies filled with raspberry jam and dusted with powdered sugar
  • Vanillekipferl – delicate vanilla crescents made with ground nuts
  • Neros – piped chocolate cookies dipped in rich dark chocolate
