His electrifying taiko performance draws inspiration from the profound concept of a-hūṃ (阿吽), symbolising the “great breath” of the universe. Taniguchi masterfully intertwines his original compositions with works by his mentor, Eitetsu Hayashi, forging a powerful musical landscape.
