Hi, I’m Grace, a vibrant social Londoner who finds myself increasingly lonely in this crazy city of mine. This year, 2026, I want to start as I mean to go on, so Im starting this social Meet Up group to begin stepping outside of my comfort zone and expanding my life. New Year’s Day Ceilidh

Come join us for New Year’s Day Ceilidh from 1-4pm at The South Bank Centre to start 2026 in high spirits!

A Ceilidh is a traditional Scottish/Irish social gathering with folk music and dancing. This is a free event and is led by an excellent professional Ceilidh band and caller who will instruct us how to join in. Its all very simple and fun and you can join in as much or as little as you choose.

We we meet at the back of the Clore ballroom by the long bar. From there, we can chat, drink, and watch the dancing, whilst dipping im/out as we please 😊
