Twin Hearts Meditation (5:30 pm-6:30 pm)
Developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, Twin Hearts Meditation is an advanced yet simple meditation for everyone. It is based on the principle that chakras are the gateways to higher consciousness.“Twin Hearts” refers to the Heart Chakra (centre of love and compassion) and the Crown Chakra (centre of divine oneness). Our Heart and Crown chakras get activated through Twin Hearts Meditation, opening us as a channel for the inflow of Divine energy, purifying our thoughts and emotions and enhancing a feeling of inner peace and calmness. This meditation is an also an opportunity to change our energy and bring harmony and to bless the world with loving kindness.
Pranic Healing (6:30 pm-7:30 pm)
To receive a free healing, stay after meditation for our healing clinic. Pranic Healing is an ancient healing technique that utilizes life force or "Prana" or “Ki” to correct imbalances in the energy body. Human body is composed of visible physical body and the invisible energy body or the aura. They are so closely related that what affects the energy body also affects the physical body and vice versa. By healing the energy body, the visible physical body gets healed.
