In the rapidly changing scenarios of a troubled world, we may forget a state of being within us that always remains a source of strength, love and balance, inspiration and peace. Come, rest and replenish for an afternoon to reconnect - exploring the season’s colourful abundance and delights through mindfulness, music, poetry, mantra, shared reflection and Yoga Nidra. A micro retreat to help us to step forward into our own inner healing resources. Led by Rev Kate Dean and Stephan Hein.
