Using poetry and music, Mark Hutchinson and Josh Johnston create reflections, meditation and attentions that observe life - its blessings and its foibles - and project calm, gratitude, and hopefulness while never denying the darkness and trouble within. This concert performance takes the listener on a journey through a day in the life, through the night and onto the next day. The words are mostly composed in advance (by Mark) and the music is mostly improvised at the concert (by Josh). A soothing experience for the mind, body and spirit. Their reflections can be experienced in their weekly podcasts (Apple Podcasts, TuneIn Radio, Spotify and others), on their debut self-titled CD and at their live events such as this.
