Slow Sunday Run - First one!

This is going to be our first run together. We will meet at Kingston Gate.
If you like, bring a small water bottle. But all you really need is yourself in sportswear and good running shoes. The weather is looking to be fantastic this Sunday. Can't wait to meet you all!
