Walk & Talk with Ayna in Ealing, Walpole Park
Details
Welcome to Walk & Talk with Ayna in Walpole Park, Ealing. Mindful movement and nature immersion are not only for stress relief. Walking conversations for clarity, balance, and peace of mind. These walks are for anyone who feels the weight of life’s situations and wants a gentle, supportive space to reflect, release, and restore balance.
This isn’t therapy, and it’s not a casual social stroll either. It’s something in between — a chance to be heard deeply, to untangle what feels confusing, and to discover fresh ways of seeing your challenges.
This is a space for anyone who feels the need to share, reflect, and lighten the weight of life’s situations in a safe, open, and supportive environment.
Walking side by side helps us open up more naturally, and talking with someone who knows how to truly listen can make all the difference.
Together, we’ll walk for about an hour, giving you space to express what’s on your mind, gain new perspectives, and discover YOUR OWN way forward.
Presented by Ayna Utegalieva, a founder of World Women http://www.worldwomen.co.uk RISE Center for Mental Health and Wellbeing, author of an upcoming book "The Truth Dust. A.I., Neuralink and why psychologist is the profession of the future"
"Hi. I am Ayna Utegalieva. My approach is gentle and conversational. I don’t come with ready-made answers, but with attentive listening and thoughtful dialogue, I help you uncover Your Own truths. The method is used during conversations called fact-map analysis, and it helps uncover issues and often resolve them in a short period of time—usually within 1 to 3 hours—instead of spending months and months with specialists".
These are one-to-one walks — private, confidential, and focused entirely on you. They’re about companionship, clarity, and conversation — not therapy.
Why join?

The synergy of mindful movement & nature immersion
- 1. Brain reset — not just a break
Mindful movement outdoors lowers cortisol, restores attention, and rebalances brain chemistry — giving your mind a genuine reset rather than a distraction. - From fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest
Combining slow, intentional motion with natural rhythms (wind, birdsong, sunlight) activates the parasympathetic nervous system — your body’s “healing mode.” - Nature: the original biofeedback
Leaves swaying, waves rolling, birds calling — these sensory cues gently mirror your own breathing and heartbeat, training the body to self-regulate stress responses. - Mood elevation, minus the side effects
Exposure to natural light and greenery increases serotonin and dopamine — the “feel-good” neurotransmitters — with none of the crash that digital overstimulation brings. - Embodied presence
Movement through nature reconnects you to felt sense: the experience of being fully present in your body, with your surroundings. It’s mindfulness that moves. - Creative flow trigger
Natural spaces stimulate the brain’s default-mode network, often sparking insight, problem-solving, and creative thinking — which is why “walk it off” is neuroscience, not cliché. - Cellular recharge
Grounding through natural surfaces (barefoot walking or simply sitting on grass) can reduce inflammation and balance circadian rhythms — a literal “earthing” of energy. - Community without words
Practicing mindful movement in nature often invites quiet connection — with others, wildlife, and the land itself. It dissolves isolation and fosters a sense of belonging. - Ritual over routine
Turning movement and nature immersion into a ritual — sunrise walks, mindful forest stretches — transforms everyday habits into moments of meaning and restoration. - Long-game resilience
Consistent practice cultivates nervous-system flexibility. You become less reactive, more adaptive — resilient not because you resist stress, but because you recover faster.
