A walk I did a couple of years ago and everyone loved it. Starting from the town centre we follow the river Wey, go along a few streets into Farnham Park and make our way up to the keep of Farnham Castle where we will stop for a while to give you an opportunity to look around, free of charge, and have a drink and a nibble maybe. Very soon after, we go into countryside and woodlands with a couple of scenic views and lots of horses and sheep.
This is a harder walk than normal as there are several slopes. To explore the castle keep there are 40 steps up and 40 down so if you are worried, don't, just take a deep breath and face the challenge head on as it is well worth it and you can rest at the top. After the walk, you can spend as long as you like exploring the town and having a meal or drink or shopping.
