Jay's story is one of resilience and determination. Growing up in a family where money was always tight, he found himself homeless at 19, living in difficult circumstances. But he held onto a clear, strong vision of building a better life — and that vision drove everything that followed.
A natural communicator, Jay worked his way up through the corporate world into management. But his desire for greater freedom and success led him to entrepreneurship. By surrounding himself with successful entrepreneurs, he quickly realised that achieving lasting success starts with changing the way you think about money and opportunity.
That same insight is at the heart of everything Jay teaches — because anyone wanting to get off the hamster wheel, leave the day job behind, and achieve their full potential needs to start with the right mindset.
Jay devised the Serious About Success (SAS) mentoring programme during the first Covid lockdown and has since coached thousands of people through webinars, online training, and his accountability programme.
