Are you tired of strict diets, harsh self-talk, and constant guilt around food?
Would you like a gentler, more compassionate approach to your weight and wellbeing?
Join me for a deeply supportive, nurturing day focused on reconnecting with your body and mind, with tools that continue for 5 weeks after, helping you build lasting change from the inside out.
