Old Clem's Night Supper and New Moon Rite

Old Clem's Night is a celebration held in the Weald on 23rd November which is part of the Old Faith of Britain. Traditionally a meal of pork held to celebrate, in part, the blacksmith god and a reflection of the ending of the Leonids we will be holding a dinner with a talk on Clem's Night.

This dinner will be held in Wimbledon once the northern edge of the Weald which once stretched across what is now South London. The talk will focus on the history of Old Clem's Night and South London in the medieval period in an area with many Robin Hood/Puck connections.

The short talk and pub gathering are open to all but the rite is for those who are part of the Wiccan Federation network and have attended before. You will need to register on the WhatsApp/Telegram groups for this event which will be added closer to the event.

The talk will also be released to the WF App prior to the event.
